From Zero to a Market-Leading Sublimation Brand in Four Years
FOX Sublimation entered the Thai market in late 2022. Behind its rapid expansion was an established local distribution network in Thailand — and a China-side supply chain that had to scale just as quickly.
Our relationship with the team behind FOX began more than a decade earlier. When FOX entered the sublimation market, our China-side team worked alongside them from the beginning, helping develop, coordinate and scale the materials, consumables and equipment behind the growing brand.

Our relationship with the team behind FOX began long before the FOX Sublimation brand existed.
For more than a decade, the teams worked together through the advertising-materials industry, building a level of trust that later became the foundation for FOX’s expansion into sublimation and digital printing.
When FOX Sublimation entered the market in late 2022, we were already working side by side. As FOX scaled its market in Thailand, we scaled the supply chain behind it in China.
